About us

For more than 40 years, the company killtec has been developing collections for sports and leisure with lots of passion and experience. More than 130 employees work at the headquarters in Buchholz in der Nordheide close to Hamburg, who focus mainly on design, product development and product technology. The administration and state-of-the-art logistics are also based here, as is an attractive shop in which a particularly large and up-to-date selection of the killtec products is displayed. 

 

The product palette at killtec encompasses functional clothing for ladies, men and children. Ski sports and outdoors are the core competencies of the company, whereby current fashionable trends are always incorporated in the design, too. All products distinguish themselves by their intricate details and their excellent value for money, as is confirmed time and again by our enthusiastic customers. With killtec products, pleasure and fun during sports activities and in everyday life are a given.

 

In addition to the core brand killtec our portfolio consists of three other brands:
G.I.G.A. DX by killtec: The products in this line stand for casual, sporty fashion with a strong lifestyle orientation.
first instinct by killtec: Our new brand for kids promises fashion and function with great attention to detail for little explorers. (available in sizes 86/92 – 122/128)
STOY – STORY OF YOU: The oversize brand is trend-conscious and combines sophisticated, fashionable details with functionality. (available in sizes 44 – 58, XXL- 6XL)

HISTORY

Günther Killer started in 1981 with developing his own sports shoes, but he very quickly began to pay attention to outdoor wear, too. With his excellent product knowledge, the close cooperation with the customer and not least his enthusiasm for the products, he was able to emerge from the shadows of the big players within just a few years and establish killtec as a permanent fixture in the sport markets.
Today, his sons Marcus and Sven run the company in second generation. Meanwhile, killtec supplies approximately 3,500 trade partners, mainly specialist shops, in 35 countries worldwide.
